If customer is unable to login when it is connected to WIFI, you can switch to mobile data and try to login again. Vice versa, if unable to log in under mobile data connection at first, you can switch to WIFI connection and try to login again. This method can usually resolve this problem. When it is shown ‘Failed Authorisation’ in an Android phone or ‘Account is invalid’ in Apple’s iphone/ipad, it is mainly due to an incorrect account or password.
